Our Story

Every great tool is supposed to make life easier. But when we first started working with GoHighLevel, we noticed something strange.

Instead of saving time, many business owners and agencies were stuck in endless setup screens, broken automations, and confusing workflows. We saw talented entrepreneurs — people who should’ve been spending their energy growing their business — getting frustrated, wasting hours just trying to make things “work.”

That’s when the idea for GHL Hero was born.

We didn’t want people to give up on GHL just because of the tech roadblocks. We wanted to be the “heroes behind the scenes” — the team you could call when you felt stuck, overwhelmed, or just too busy to figure it out on your own.
